Relax in the hot tub in the winter to spring months, swim in the pool in the summer to fall, or build a fire in the fireplace and enjoy the comforts of home. Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is tile. French doors open to the pool area from the kitchen. Comfortable deck chairs and a romantic oval shaped bed lounger rests in the corner for total relaxation. Bring your loved ones, (furry too as long as they are small size). They will love the comfort too. The house is quiet and very private, even though it is located in a regular neighborhood. Soft water throughout and Reverse Osmosis unit in the kitchen for your drinking water.

I have a love for this property as it is quiet and private. The amenities are comforting and relaxing. It used to be my private home and I am happy to share it now with vacationers, or longer term renters. I love pets and small dogs are fine. There is a small size doggy door which leads to the pool area, and they love the grassy lawn. You'll have to keep an eye on them by the pool.

Ahwatukee is a very friendly and family oriented community, with beautiful South Mountain right up the street. Golf, hiking, mountain biking, farmer's market, only 15 minutes from the Phoenix Airport; 10 minutes away from the Angel's Spring Training facility.

What makes this house unique

Hike right outside your front door. Its a quick 5 minute walk up the street to the trail head. It is a beautiful park with miles of trails. Be sure to bring water.

we had a great time, house was perfect sized. the grandchildren loved the jacuzzi and pool,
bbq out doors most every eve, the covered patio was a big plus. beds were very comfortable, nice big windows, the kids enjoyed picking and eating the fresh grapefruit from the tree, close to shopping, dining etc.. we would recommend this home to anyone.

Owner wonderful to work with and arrived to a clean, beautiful home with music playing. Quiet neighborhood with golf up the street, foothills hiking trails, groceries less than a mile.

Hot tub jets weak but otherwise a great experience.

Tranquility

We enjoyed the month of March 2013 in this secluded and relaxing home tucked away in Ahwatukee.
It was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children, (but the 3rd bedroom was tight for 2 adults and the dining table only seated 4, plus a window seat for 2) The kitchen and baths were elegantly updated (though a little dark and the kitchen cabinets are old) but everything was very clean.
The yard and pool was a little small but very quiet and relaxing under the gazebo and shaded patio. The hot tub was old, but worked well and was very clean. The bar-b-q was small for 6 people. The landscaping was beautiful with flowers and trees giving privacy from most sides. It was also excellent for our small dog! The owner was very helpful and considerate of all our needs and even replaced the gazebo after the old one blew over the wall in a windstorm! The location was excellent as it was quiet from traffic noise yet convenient to I-10, grocery shops and restaurants and all kinds of shops! Also to South Mountain for hiking or bike riding.
Overall we would stay there again but it is already rented for next March!

Charming stay. Very comfortable and welcoming home. We were always glad to return from our many excursions in the area. Speaking of excursions the home's location was perfect for us. We found the local parks, neighborhood and shopping to be wonderful for walking, hiking and shopping.
The side garden area and the pool/hot tub patio were far nicer than we expected. We would have no problem recomending the rental to relatives and friends {after we had made our next year reservation of course} The patio area is super inviting with always-ready hot tub and a perfect lounge furniture and shadies. Owner was able to answer all of our questions and got us started on a perfect stay.

Everything exactly as described! Very nicely decorated 3 bedroom in a great location. Very accessible to the open space. Everything we needed for a 3 generation family. Plenty of linens but we had the ability to do laundry. The owner, who was always available, even supplied detergent/dryer sheets. Small grassy area, hot tub ready and waiting. Can't say enough good things. Hope to return some day.
