This is a truly exceptional 2-bed apartment of 72 sq metres, right in Cannes’ Banane area. It is very popular as a holiday rental and also as a conference rental. This apartment is situated just off Rue D’Antibes, 5 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals, and even less from the sandy beaches of La Croisette. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with two lifts. The apartment comprises of a hallway, living/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. The bedrooms has 2 twin beds in each room, which can be configured as kings. There is a wall mounted DVD player in each bedroom. With its sensational layout and décor, air-con, and two balconies - this apartment really does have to be seen, to be believed!
