Walk to downtown Santa Barbara through Rocky Nook Park and distinctive Upper East neighbourhoods. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theatre, museums and cultural events.
