A small gated and secured compound with only 13 properties this town home community is quiet and private while still being located right in the heart of Old Town. With a limited number of properties you may feel that your neighbor is an old friend.

Just off the pool Leeward Isle stands with the charm and dignity of old Key West. Tin roof and white spindled decks remind you of days gone by. The property inside however is modern from the start. Polished hard wood floors are throughout the downstairs with hard wood accents on the bar separating the kitchen and living room. Equipped with a TV, Stereo and CD player and DSL connection. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for four guests, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and microwave and every modern convenience for making yourself at home.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom also has double French doors that lead to the front balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king.

Bedding: King, 2 Twins (that can be converted into a King) . Sleeps up to 4 adults.

$1800 per week / $300 per night (Winter)
$1500 per week / $250 per night (Shoulder)
$1300 per week / $225 per night (Summer)
