Located within the exclusive Aspens community, the Balsam Lodges are the newest buildings in the development, built in 1992. Most of the other buildings were completed in the late 1970's. This unit has a significantly larger living room area than other one bedroom units in the Aspens.
The open floor plan allows for conversation while cooking, dining inside or out, or simply relaxing on the sofa. Enjoy natural light and the ambiance of a very well cared-for home.
The kitchen has everything you need to create your own meals, new dishes and glassware, and a full supply of cooking utensils.
The bedroom has ample closet space and an extremely comfortable Queen sized bed (which everyone raves about - it will provide you with a super restful vacation!). All of the furniture in the home has been carefully selected from around the world, and is very well cared for.
The Aspens neighborhood is a convenient jumping-off point for any Jackson Hole adventure. Located half-way between Teton Village and the town of Jackson, the Aspens is a quaint neighborhood just off Hwy 22, complete with local shops, restaurants, banks, a grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, and health club.
Quiet, winding lanes make their way through the neighborhood and one of the areas' largest Aspen groves. Enjoy mountain views and open meadows and streams. Wildlife abound - be warned these are wild animals - it wouldn't be uncommon to wake up with a moose in your back yard!

A world-traveler herself, Anne has close family ties to Wyoming and the West. Her mother was raised in Wyoming, and father in Denver. Anne bought her first property in the area in 1998 while living in London. She came to Jackson because it was a place where she could get away from the craziness of life and be at peace.
Since that first property, she has owned 2 others, and rented them both out at different times. She sold real estate in the area for 10 years, and understands about taking care of properties in an effort to make them more desireable for renters to come back to over and over again.
Anne would love to hear from you and be able to share her love for the area and for this little piece of paradise, which she has created and calls 'home'.
Anne bought in the Aspens because of the proximity to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (3 miles) for skiing. (The bus picks up about 100 yards from her front door to go skiing!) She also loved the bike path, also right outside the front door, in the summer time. Teton Pines country club is next door as well. The commercial area with shops and grocery store is quite convenient. There are so many great things about the area!
Grand Teton National Park has an entrance approximately 5 minutes away from this condo! You can be in Yellowstone Park within an hour and a half.
