The house offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom and one shower room) for a maximum of 6 persons, with a separate kitchen (with direct exit to the garden) and a large living room with chimney, leading to a fully covered and glazed in terrace. The villa makes part of a quiet neighbourhood and the views around a very natural and peaceful. walking distance to butcher, bakery, grocery store, bank, etc... The garden has been recently reshaped and a superb swimming pool has been placed in its centre. Close to it, you benefit from a nice pergola where you will enjoy all your meals during the warm season! Lots of privacy.
