Villa apartment:
The property encompasses a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with its own separate entrance and a lockable interconnecting door linking it to the rest of the villa. The apartment is ideal either for young people or for those with restricted mobility since it is on a level with the pool terrace as well as having its own cooking facilities, including a further electric oven and ceramic hob, and dining area.
Americas Cup and Formula One Motor racing:
Because of the ease of access to the Americas Cup yacht harbour and the Formula One Grand Prix motor racing circuit, the villa is ideally situated for those involved in either of those activities, either as professionals or as spectators.
Golf - General:
The mild temperatures of the Mediterranean coast make the Valencia Region an ideal destination for golfers. This is especially true in the autumn and winter months when the climate in this part of Spain is ideal for playing, whereas the weather in Great Britain and northern Europe can be cold, wet or at best unpredictable. The Valencia Region holds an abundance of incredibly well maintained courses to choose from, many designed by world famous course designers and catering for all levels of ability. Four of these courses – Club de Golf El Saler, Club de Golf Oliva Nova, El Bosque Golf and Country Club and Club de Golf Escorpion are described in more detail below under the heading “Golf –Details”.
Other golf courses in the Valencia region include Club de Golf Manises, and Foressos Golf Club. Further afield but still within easy reach of the villa, are at least another 16 other superb golf courses in the Castellon and Alicante provinces of the Valencia region.

Club de Golf El Saler, designed by Javier Arana 1968, is located beside the Mediterranean within Albufera Nature Park. It has hosted a number of Spanish Opens, and is considered one of the top European courses, and number 29 in the world.
Club de Golf Oliva Nova, designed by Severiano Ballesteros 1995, has been voted one of Seve’s best designs. Four times it has hosted the Peugeot Oki Spanish National Championships and attracts many prestigious golfing events.
El Bosque Golf and Country Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1975, is a course of championship quality but playable by all levels of golfer. Spanning hills and gullies, with fast
greens and over 100 bunkers, El Bosque has hosted several Spanish Opens.
Club de Golf Escorpion, designed by Ron Kirby in 1975, is set in a very attractive pine covered valley, and has just about everything one could imagine: spectacular holes, beautiful scenery and the traditional flavour of a time-honoured course
