• Full Rental rate plus Security Deposit (Euro 100 ) is payable at the time of confirmation if the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival date.
  Security Deposit will be refunded after clients departure if no loss or damages are recorded by our Managing Agents.The property MUST be left in a clean and respectable state.or charge will be made for this and deducted from the security deposit. So please leave the property in a clean state as it was given to you when you depart.
  Provisional booking can only be made if the arrival date is more than 4 weeks away. If the provisional booking is made Initial deposit of Euro 125 will be required, the Balance will be payable in full along with the Security Deposit no later than 4 weeks of arrival dates..This is a non refundable deposit.Car Park is free to use BUT the use will be at clients risk only. small charge payable locally for using swimming pool.
  Payments can be made by Bank Transfer into Portuguese or U.K. Bank account.
• After the conformation of booking by email we will send you relevant information regarding the booking formalities.We will provide the driving directions, and local information a week before your arrival date. Our Managing agents will be happy to assist you during your stay in our apartment
  Check in Time is 13.00hrs. Check out time is 11.00 hrs.
  If the full rental amount and security deposit is not received at least 14 days before arrival date the owner reserves the right to forfeit any deposit paid,and cancel the booking without notice .Client will be liable to pay the balance of the rent, unless the owner is able to re-let the property,
  Once the rental booking in confirmed any monies paid will be non refundable.Maid and Cleaning service available at additional cost
  Swimming Pool can be used by paying a small charge locally
  Private Car Park is available to use free of charge with prior agreement with the owner.and can be used at clients risk.
