SURF SIDE - Search no further! This fabulous condominium is directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located at the end of the building closest to the beach, the balcony wraps around giving you access from all of the bedrooms and the living room. Quite simply the view is stunning!

Surf Side has been totally renovated and redecorated in cool, minimalist, modern serenity. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops and plenty of room to whip up a scrumptious meal. The kitchen overlooks the dinning room and living room straight out to the ocean beyond. This property has an open floor plan with a very roomy, comfortable feel. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, with Blue Ray DVD player.

Just off the great room is a short hall way with guest bath and two guest bedrooms, one furnished with two twin beds and the other furnished with a queen size bed. Located at the end of the hallway is the master bedroom suite, with king size bed and master bath.

Amenities offered with Surf Side are; WiFi, Blue Ray DVD, central air conditioning, covered parking and a huge community swimming pool that over looks the Atlantic Ocean. K/Q/2T Maximum occupancy of 6 people strictly enforced.

Not only will you fall in love with Surf Side, you will never want to go home!!!

$3350 per week / $520 per night (Winter)
$2550 per week / $405 per night (Shoulder)
$2350 per week / $375 per night (Summer)
