Photos and Description of the Cape Town vacation house rental

My home is set in a beautiful area of Cape Town, it will be tastefully furnished with an African theme. The sunny open plan lounge/dining area looks onto the private garden with the mountain in the backdrop. The fully fitted kitchen is clean and bright, it has a built in cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and assortment of crockery and cutlery. Iron and ironing board. Main bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite with shower toilet and basin. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, third bedroom has a double bed. The Bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The garden is very private, it is edged with shrubs and trees to give a little colour and shade, a solar heated swimming pool, patio area with table and chairs, Braai (bbq) and utensils. There is a lake a few meters away and the beach is just a 5 min walk. The photos are from when I bought the property, I will be redecorating in December'08.

Close by is Muizenberg Beach which is a long sandy beach with a hive of activity in surfers corner. The town has a medley of shops, restaurants, banks and promenade with activities for the children and tourist info. There is a lake with an abundance of wildlife an ideal place for bird watching. Within easy access to many shopping mall's, your on the route to all the attractions in the Cape from Cape Point through to Cape Town and even inland along the garden route. There is an assortment of market stalls fruit and veg with curio stalls on the side of roads and at various tourist places. With a drive out and about there are many places of interest to visit. Boulders with the adorable penguins, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Table Mountain, Robben Island, Seal Island, The Waterfront, Aquarium, Scratch Patch, Moyo. Chapmans Peak, Simonstown, Blouberg Strand to name just a few of my favourite places. There will be a list giving places to visit and phone numbers when you arrive at the property.
