Internal Information: The spacious 96 square metre apartment has a relaxed living area of lounge and dining area leading into the kitchen, and the whole area, including the entrance passage, has elegant tiled floors, ideal for waterside holidaymakers. For the bad weather days there is a large TV set, DSTV satellite decoder, and a video and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped, with tasteful wood finished kitchen units, a counter top hob, under counter oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. It is fully equipped with pots and pans, casseroles, cutlery and crockery.
Conditions: SERVICING The apartment is serviced daily except on weekends and public holidays, in that the beds are made, and the waste bins emptied. The service does not include washing the dishes or clothing, or ironing. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrival is normally between 14:00 and 16:00. Other arrangements can be made on request. Departure is by 10:00 to allow for preparing the apartment for incoming visitors
