Tropical Vineyard - Is an upstairs one bedroom one bath Shipyard condominium located in the Truman Annex. Living area extends out, through French doors, to a very large balcony.

The balcony has a B-B-Q grill for guests exclusive use and a picnic table and lounge chairs for enjoying the tropical evenings.

Fully equipped with central air and all the vacationer needs to enjoy Key West. Bedding consists of a queen bed and full size futon. Assigned off street parking.

$1400 per week (Winter)
$1100 per week (Shoulder)
$900 per week (Summer)

$100 Cleaning Fee Turnday: Any. Amenities: Off Street Parking, Community Pool, DSL - Internet Service.
