This comfortable luxury flat is located in Munich. It is very tastefully furnished and has a cosy atmosphere; it is very bright and has a nice view into a green park. Our bright, friendly 3-room apartment is ideal for 2 up to 4 persons. The comfortable flat is built with much biological wood and materials. Our comfortable, quiet, new, sunny apartment has a large southern balcony. The location is practical to reach from airport and close to all interesting sights and the centre of Munich. If you rent a car, the location of the flat is the best strategic point to drive to all interesting areas around Munich (like castle New Schwanstein, Herrenchiemsee) and secondly to reach all important high ways 'Autobahnen'. Also the Octoberfest is easy to reach. Of course, the apartment is very quiet. The position is traffic-technically very favorable, because the apartment is very near to the S8 railway station (like tube) of the airport line and from this station it takes only 15 minutes to centre.

Arrival: The flat is close to the S8 and can be easely reached from airport or from the central railway station. From both the S8 is leaving to the station called Engelschalking. 10 minutes to walk.

Shopping: There are food stores within walking distance to the flat, but there is no dryer available or cloth washer, but if needed you can use another one in our house at the same place.

There are some really nice restaurants within walking distance. Such as Bavarian, Italian, Chines and India.

very spacious apartment, great neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at the this apartment with our teenage daughter for a week in August. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the autobahns for day-trips by car, and a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn to go into downtown Munich. Parking was available on the street right across from the house. The apartment itself is very spacious and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows on one side. The furnishings are excellent and everything you need is provided. They even have a stock of wine/juice etc at cost price. There is a supermarket in walking distance, also an ice cream shop and several restaurants. Petra was nice enough to let me use the washing machine in her basement. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a visit to Munich and hope to return some time.

Incredible Apartment

This apartment was great for getting into and around Munich. The location is perfect for a 10 minute walk to the S-bahn or you could take a 5 minute bus ride to the U-bahn.

The pictures posted are exactly that of the flat. Petra and Andreas are so accommodating and willing to help with any information regarding Munchen. I think we emailed each other about 15 times. They gave great directions to the apartment as well.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for any time in Munich. The spaciousness, location and locals make it that much better than a hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great Place to Stay in Munich

This is a lovely apartment, clean, bright, comfortable. The owners are wonderful - eager to please. There is a grocery store within walking distance, it is close to the bus and train stations, very convenient. Big back deck that overlooks the back garden and football field - quiet and peaceful.

Great Munich Accommodation

This apartment is very well-located. We had a rental car and there is parking on a side street right across from the apartment. The owners/hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They provided directions to places to eat, where to catch the train (S-Bahn Line 8, direct line from Munich airport to downtown), and where to buy groceries. The S-Bahn station is Englschalking, and is a 5-10 minute walk. The closest U-Bahn is Arabellapark, but that would be more like a 30 minute walk.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the owners' house, but this is new construction, separate entrance. There are two bedrooms which sleep 2 each, a separate twin bed, and others could sleep in the living room. There is one bathroom - tub/shower combo and toilet.
Very pleasant apartment, came with just about everything you'd need, they even had bottled water and wine you could buy at a discount from the stores.

I would definitely stay there again.

Eine Fewo zum Wohlfühlen in München

Wir haben eine knappe Woche Herbstferien zu viert (2 Erw., 2 Jugendliche) in dieser wunderbaren Fewo verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, die große Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer gibt einem das Gefühl, im Grünen zu sitzen und bei Sonne strahlt die ganze Wohnung. Die Einrichtung verrät Liebe zum Detail und es ist einfach ALLES da, was man braucht! Tischwäsche, Spülmaschinentabs, Wasser und Wein für kleines Geld, Kaffeetabs, Toi-papier, einfach spitze! Die Zimmer sind groß und das 5. Bett in der "Schlafnische" fand unser Sohn super.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in 15 min mit der S-Bahn am Isartor, hat eine sog. "Fahrradstraße" quasi vor der Tür und kann auch schnell ins Grüne radeln oder skaten ;) Wir haben prima geschlafen und uns irre wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert, schon im Vorfeld, sehr nett (!) und auskunftsfreudig - wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder hinfahren und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Topadresse - wärmstens zu empfehlen

Alles perfekt und ruhig, super eingerichtete und helle Wohnung, gute Betten, genügend Bade- und Küchenwäsche vorhanden, gute Kücheneinrichtung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, und S-Bahn Station in der Nähe, unsere Familie mit 2 Jungs von 13 und 15 Jahren hat einen Super Frühlingsurlaub verbracht, die Wohnung ist gross und gemütlich um auch einmal einen halben Tag bei schlechtem Wetter daheim zu verbringen - man fühlt sich richtig wohl, wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen. Grosses Danke an die Vermieterfamilie, welche mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite stand.

The flat is close to the 'tube', that goes to the airport and to the city centre. In the surrounding there are also some restaurants and shops. If you rent a car, than it is the best strategic location of Munich, because it is close to all important high ways 'Autobahnen' for example for the Autobahn to Salzburg (Austria) etc. Munich city a the niced area in Germany, because from there you can travel to all interesting areas of the alps in a short time, secondly it is close to Austria and Switzerland. In Munich you find a lot of sights like Biergartens, Octoberfest, an exibition centre and castle New Schwanstein and Herrenchiemse is very close.
