No expense has been spared on this luxurious apartment. Downstairs there is a large open plan living/ dining room with kitchen. In the sitting area there is a 50'' Plasma TV with satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher and microwave and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment has parquet wooden flooring throughout. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms 1 with double bed and 32' LCD TV and ensuite bathroom, the bedroom has French windows leading directly out to the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed and a large sofa bed. The swimming pool area is fully equipped with chairs and table etc. This apartment is not part of a complex, it is a private residence.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, approximately 500mtrs from the sea. Although the coast is mostly rocky on this side of town, you can snorkel from the rocks and there is a small beach at El Tro near to Villa Las Stronas for those of you who are familiar with Alghero. The nearest supermarket is 50 mtrs away. There is plenty of parking available for those who want to hire a car. The lido beach is a 5min drive away or you can catch the bus nearby and La Speranza beach is a 10min drive on the road out of town to Bosa. The Centro Storico where most of the shops bars and restaurants are is about a 10 - 15 minute walk, although there are caffe bars close by too.
