* Great Christmas and New Year Offers!* This luxury ground floor, self catering, 2 bedroomed apartment, has recently been completely modernised. The kitchen is full fitted and has a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, and electric hobs. All rooms including the balcony have stunning views onto the well maintained tropical gardens. Within the private complex of Oasis Parque are tennis courts, children play area, 4 swimming pools (3 of which are outdoor, including a children’s pool and 1 heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi and an eatery). The eatery has indoor and outdoor seating, Satellite TV, Pool Table and Table Tennis. All the leisure facilities are within a secure area, which are accessed through gates with leisure cards, provided with the rental of this apartment. There are beaches close by in the local areas of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, which is a Blue Flag beach. There are no less than 9 golf courses located within the immediate vicinity of Oasis Parque.

Within 5 minutes drive of the apartment beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves are in abundance within the coastal resorts of Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Praia du Vau. From the traditional fishing village of Alvor to the lively town of Praia de Rocha and the bustling marina of Portimao you will find a variety of restaurants and bars. There are also small number of welcoming local bars and restaurants within ten minutes walk of the appartment. Once an ancient coastal fishing village Alvor is now a popular holiday location. The character of Alvor has survived and the narrow streets have ensured minimal development. There are many different types of quality restaurants and bars. The sights, sounds and smells are all part of the experience and many of the restaurants have the cooking of the daily catch done outside. Alvor faces a natural lagoon opening onto the sea and also benefits from a long open and safe sandy beach and a number of small coves. (Please, contact the owner for info).

A Great Holiday Getaway

I recently stayed at this apartment with my daughter and two grandchildren. We had a great time and found something for all age groups. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and was fitted with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. The pools were excellent and we had a job dragging the children away. There is a very good safe beach 5 mins away, an excellent restaurant 2 mins walk away and lots of other interesting places very nearby. The owners were very help and informative. So a great holiday was had by all.

Great place just to escape and relax

This clean, comfortable apartment is in a perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool facilities are immaculate. Even without a car you can easily and cheaply reach three different beautiful, active, and exciting locations. Taxis are cheap (ask at reception for Carlos taxi) and plentiful and always, always helpful (ask for somewhere to eat!) and speak good English as well as other languages. There is an enormous hyper market within 10 minutes walk for stocking the excellent kitchen! We stayed for 10 days, and it suited us perfectly.

We stayed at this apartment recently and can not recommend it enough! When we first made the enquiry our email was dealt with promptly with all the information we requested, information about car hire, flights, things for the kids to do and the location. When we arrived at the apartment, there was an information booklet which had information on where to go and what to see and about Oasis Park. We went to Lagos and the Zoo, which the kids loved and took advantage of the pools and tennis courts on site. The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed for the week. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family and we are already looking to book again later this year.
