A ground floor villa full of character located in a peaceful residential area at walking distance (15mn) from the picturesque village of Valbonne. The house has 2 bedrooms, a dressing and 1 bathroom, a guest toilet, suitable for a family of up to 5 people. A spacious living room with fire place and dining room sitting 8. There are 2 covered terraces, and an amazingly large swimming pool. The property is fully fenced with an electric entry gate, with parking spaces inside the property. This area is set among olives trees and shaded by oak trees. The spacious grounds are attractive and include a trampoline and a boule pitch shaded by a centenarian oak tree. Valbonne is a charming village with a variety of restaurants to choose from, set around it's 17th century square. It holds his provencal weekly market on Friday morning, and then the first Sunday of each month. Valbonne also hosts a regional antique fair.

This family home, full of character, located in a private domain at walking distance (15mn) from the picturesque village of Valbonne, and at a 20 mn drive from the coast. An ideal location to either relax or discover what the Côte d'Azur has to offer: from shopping in Cannes or Monaco, museums and beaches in Antibes, to walking in the Natural Park of the Brague (10mn). There is an 18 hole golf course around the corner, and you will find some of the best golf courses less than 10 mn away. It is 15 mn from the A08 motorway and 30mn from Nice International Airport. The French Alps mountains with the national parks of Mercantour and Argentera are only one hour away, as is Monaco and the Italian border. Driving to the mountains, you will find nearby Medieval and perched villages to visit.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Valbonne, France

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Payment and Bookings Conditions:
    Payment is expected by bank transfer, in euros (or by cheque, if they can be labelled in euros), or cash for late bookings is expected at the arrival day.
    Booking Conditions:
    A deposit of 25% of the rental is required at the time of booking to secure the property for the requested period. The balance of the Rental Price is then payable to us no later than 8 weeks before arrival. We also require a security deposit of 500 euros to be paid at the same time as the final payment. Failure to make these payments will give us the right to cancel the rental. You will not be paid interest on the initial Deposit nor on the Security Deposit.
    The Security Deposit will be repaid (either in full or after deductions) by bank transfer within 28 working days following last day of rental.
  • The Property may be used only as a holiday accommodation and for a maximum of five persons , including children.
  • Any damages or loss to the Property or its contents should be notified to the owner as soon as possible, but in any event before your departure from the Property.

Special considerations for trampoline, pool,...: The garden hosts a large trampoline which children enjoy a lot; its usage is strictly at renters' risks and no liability can be incurred on the part of the owners regarding any damages or accidents related to its usage.

More on arrival and departure times :: The accommodation is available from 16h00 (4pm) on the first day of the booking up to 10h00 (10am) on the day of departure. Minimal rental is one week, normal period is from Saturday to Saturday (although other start/end days may be negotiated at reservation time). The time between 10h00 and 16h00 is required to properly clean the villa and any change to these times can only be made by prior arrangement with the owner’s agent or owner. It is possible to have airport transfers arranged if requires (at an additional cost).
