Top floor (3rd) roof conversion - approx. 70 Sq. m., 2 seperate large bedrooms with King-size beds (200x180)(sleep 4 persons in comfort +1 extra), Kitchen and sitting area with a Balcony. Light and airy colour scheme, tastefully furnished and well equiped. Located in this 1935 ex private Villa - only 10 apartments in whole building, thus very quiet. Parking is free outside the building in a quiet street.

Right in the very Centre of Berlin - in Kurfuersten Strasse and near NollendorfPlatz stations, many big 5-star hotels are in this area, only a few min walk to Tiergarten - massive park in the centre of Berlin - ideal for relaxation. Many restaurants and bars of N Shoeneberg close by. Shopping at KaDeWe and Ku'dam within easy walking distance, as well as Berlin Zoo and Potsdamer Platz/Sony Centre for entertainment and more bars and shops. Brandenburg Gate and Unter Den Linden leading to the Museum Island is a nice walk through the Tiergarten. More photos and info available, please ask.

MARATHON RELIEF

In a quiet close with an interesting, sunny , southwest facing outlook, this apartment suited my wife and I (with a son and friend who were doing the Marathon) perfectly over a very long weekend - would that it had been longer!

The accommodation was in superb order, was light, bright and airy but was cosy and warm when the weather deteriorated seriously for a short spell. The little balcony was very cosy too, but very welcome. At no time was any noise noticeable from the rest of the building.

The whole was comprehensively and thoughtfully equipped for 4/5, right down to the computer with high speed internet connection.

We have no complaints at all but when let to 2 couples, for which it is ideal, two sets of keys would be useful (we only had one). Some 70 (easy) stairs and no lift, ensure that your stay will provide you with some valuable exercise as an added bonus!
Owner's Response: We have a limited number of sets of keys at present owing to the security nature of one of the locks. However if two sets of keys are requested at the time of booking then we will try and arrange for a spare set to be available for your stay.

I recommend this apartment...

The apartment is located in a very nice area close to the shopping center. It is fully equipped and tasteful. We enjoyed the small terrace and the WiFi connection in one of the sleeping rooms was very useful. All rooms are comfortable and large. It's very handy to leave some bycicles in the courtyard overnight.
I recommend this apartment especially to families with children or for 2 couples (who get along well).

Walking distance to the center of shopping, great restaurants, lots of things to do. This was our first trip to Berlin and we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and the central location. It was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Our favorite things were the underground train just a couple of blocks away that took us everywhere, the amazing department store KaDeWe close by and coming back each evening to the clean and warm apartment. Thanks for everything Dimitry!
