The pool is maintained by professionals. Margaritas are optional. Very private back yard. Patio furniture and great Weber barbecue. Sit by the pool in the evening and watch the sunset. Stars pop in the clear night sky. Fish on the Colorado, explore the desert. Shop in Mexico where dentists and pharmacies are plentiful, quaint Los Algadones is only fifteen minutes away. Spend the day in Palm Springs or San Diego only a 3 hour drive.

About Bill and Daphne

This is our future retirement home as we are not yet fully retired. We love Arizona, warm sunny days, balmy nights. Clear blue skies everyday. Tons of shopping, entertainment including three casinos very close by, close to huge new mall The Palms, our home is close to all amenities.

Enjoy your coffee by the pool in the morning before your golf game.

Many golf courses surround Yuma at very reasonable rates.

Tons of restaurants from American to authentic Mexican.

We know that you will be happy exploring Yuma.

Superb vacation

My wife and I are still smiling about our 10 weeks in Yuma. In the many years of travels, this home was the best that we have ever rented. It was our "home" away from home. The owners were so accommodating with any request. Very quiet location, yet close enough to get to most activities that we enjoyed. The house featured every amenity you could ever need. We are thankful to the owners for sharing their gem with us. In fact, we have reserved it for 2016 already!

My wife and I rented this property and felt that it was not to par. Good house keeping would have resolved some of the issues. We had problems getting our deposit returned and finally settled for Canadian Funds where we were to get it in US Funds. Over priced for what you get!

Owner's Response: Imagine our astonishment when we read this review, it has been over a year and this is the first time we have heard anything? We have a very good housekeeping team that we have had for years, we have never ever had a complaint about the cleanliness of our home, in fact we are very particular about that. We have always had such wonderful comments regarding the state of our home? We have actually already booked up next season, 2016, with returning clients? As for being paid in Canadian dollars, Im sorry but you were paid in a U.S. bank draft which you said you never received, I tried to talk you into an internet email transfer but you only had your company email, and you didn't want it sent that way. You did not have a regular street address so I had to send it to a box number. When you reported after two weeks that you still hadn't received your bank draft I went to the bank to put a trace on it and the bank informed me that there was a 10 day business hold on this type of transaction as there really wasn't any way of tracing a bank draft. You knew about this? I kept in touch with you every few days. I was finally able to recoup the funds of the bank draft and sent you a Canadian draft but....it was the equivalent of the U.S. dollars. I sent you all the receipts of the original U.S. bank draft along with the deposit so that you had verification of the original return. I am sorry that the exchange rate varied so much in the almost a year from the date the security deposit was sent to us. If there is anything we can do to rectify this situation more than a year from the date please please let us know and we will do our best to make you happy. Concerned owners

Fantastic Rental

My husband and I rented this house over the Thanksgiving holiday and really enjoyed it. The owners are fantastic to work with throughout the rental process. The house was clean and ready to go. We were given a nice tour of the house and appreciated the lists posted in the kitchen of preferred restaurants/businesses around town. This house has a beautiful pool in the backyard and tons of seating. Each night we sat on the pool deck and enjoyed the amazing stars and the mild desert temperatures. This house is centrally located in Yuma and close to everything. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun house to stay in while visiting Yuma.

Amazing home for my incredible vacation!!!!!

Beautiful, clean with everything and more that you would have at home. Pictures do not do it justice, it is bigger that I thought. Beds are great & comfortable, everything well maintained. Owners are amazing to work with as well as Dee the caretaker.

My son & daughter-in-law are in the Marine's, we came out to greet them coming home from Afghanistan, this home made our time there perfect. We were able to spend Easter in a home & have a homecooked dinner, since they had missed all of the other holidays. It is close to the base & airport, as well as shopping and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home & making our Marine's homecoming so perfect.

Couldn't get any better

What a wonderful experience! The owner was very prompt at answering all of our questions and this made the renting process so easy. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay and the photos really don't show how beautiful it is. The property is spotless and the house is so well equipped that we didn't want for anything. The pool area and BBQ got plenty of use during our stay! It is private, quiet and a great area if you just want to go for a walk. The house is close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Dee checked us in upon our arrival and out when we sadly had to leave. She was a great source of information and only a phone call away if we needed anything. Thank you Dee. We do hope to return next year and would recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful place to stay during their vacation in Yuma.
