TIME OF MY LIFE!!

We could not ask for more, the location,the view, the people !! It was the perfect get away,very clean and had everything we needed . We enjoyed the lake for crabbing and we enjoyed meeting people at the hottub !
The beach is right there! Good fishing for my husband and lots of sunshine and smiles for me!! If your looking for a great place to get away this is the spot!!! :)

Great waterview, lots of sunshine, wonderful complex, easy to deal with owner

We stayed at Sail La Vie February 2013. 2nd floor, 1bedroom unit looks exactly as it appears on VRBO. Owner is most attentive & accommodating in every way. Complex has a nice, unheated pool, nice hot tub, wonderful gym, sauna, club house with Keurig, business center. View from balcony is so tranquil overlooking the pond. Luckily caught a few sunrises & sunsets visible from the balcony. Many things to do on Padre Islnd, Corpus & Port Aransas. Temperatures were consistently high 60's, 70's, a few 80's but a little windy. It is great to have your own internet in the unit. There are some restaurants, fast foods, convenience stores, CVS closeby but closest groceries are in Flour Bluff, 10-15 minute drive. Schlitterbahn should be a reality by Spring 2014. Beach is long block walk away. You can drive on the beach too. There is a nice boardwalk in one direction. Fishing is also popular with a license.

Christmas Holiday

We had a very delightful stay at this condo over the Christmas holidays. It was everything listed and more. Very clean and quiet. Nice neighbors. The owner was very good about keeping in touch and answering any and all questions. We had family to visit while there so didn't do much sightseeing but the places we went were great and we had a wonderful time. There are many things to do if you have the time. I especially liked the fact that the pool, hot tub and work out center are open 24/7 with a key. I loved watching the sun rise over the gulf from the hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy to toddler proof!

We stayed at this property for 3 months while we were moving from San Antonio to Corpus Christi. It is clean, well kept and the nautical decorations are perfect. Owner is easy to get in touch with and she makes you feel like your stay is her #1 priority. We are a family of 3, with a 18 month old, it was easy to shift some furniture to make room for the pack in play in the dining area and easy to child proof. The view from the balcony is relaxing, even though we werent on vacation, it felt like it as soon as you step out the door. And you can't beat the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this property to vacationers and those looking for a furnished short term rental.

We had a wonderful time at this cute condo within walking distance of Whitecap Beach. The condo looks exactly like the pictures--it was clean, pleasant and comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the pond and one of several onsite grilling areas. The complex has a nice hot tub as well. We would definitely consider staying again at this great place!
