Villa in the yacht club area, enjoy the sunset by your oversized, screened,solar heated pool with lanai, or sip a cocktail,while fishing from your private dock. Boats can be rented locally and delivered to your dock. Villa is open plan style, King size master bed with, TV, ensuite and walk-in closet, One queen size bedroom,and Twin bedroom, Family Bathroom. Large Lounge with TV, etc, kitchen fully equiped right down to an icemaker. 2 BBQ's to choose from for cooking your catch of the day. Cape coral's white sandy beach is just over a mile away,with play and picnic areas, the wonderful beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island,one of the worlds best places for sea shells, are only 20 minutes by car. There is a water park for kids nearby. The golf course is also quite close. Cape coral has good shopping and a 15 minute drive will take you to a huge Outlet Centre for designer bargains.

Villa is situated just over a mile form the yacht club and its white sandy beach, Open water/ Gulf access form our sail boat canal in about 6 mins sail to the islands or enjoy some of the best fishing in the world, or a short drive will take you to the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva world renowned for sea shelling. Shops and restaurants of excellent quality are close by, you may even moor your boat outside some restaurants, There are several Golf Courses nearby, around 5 and 12minutes by car.There is a designer Outlet centre 15 mins drive, Fort Myers is only about 30 minutes away with miles of sandy beach and full water sports, and shopping. Naples is 45 minutes by car with a host of more shops and restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rates do not include state taxes, and tourist taxes.Included in our rates are the Gardener, Pool service, linen, beach towels, air-conditioning, water.A security deposit of 300. Euros will be required, this will be refunded, minus any damage caused, or excess electricity usage. Electrical usage allowance is $35.00 per week. (surcharge will be charged at the rate of $0.13 per KWH) Final cleaning will be added to the bill at the rate of $135.00. Monthly rental rates are available on request.
  • A deposit of 30%, of total price is payable upon booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before rental period begins. A cancellation charge of 30% is payable when there is a cancellation, less than 2 months before rental begins.
    Christmas or Easter is a 2 week minimum stay, and is 10% extra on the rental charges
  • We can arrange information on boat hire if you would like. Maid service to clean the house during your stay can be arranged on request, this will be charged to your final bill, at a cost of $135.00.
