The house includes local phone, central air, TV, VCR with free movies, cable television, fully equipped kitchen, new (2008)washer and dryer. Bathrooms provide toothpaste, shampoo and items you may have forgotten,as well as a hair dryer, towels and linens. The Kitchen offers all the necessary cookware, toaster, microwave, oven and fridge with ice-maker, etc. The house also boasts 2 Gas grills, pool, seawall with boat tie abilities, 2 dining tables in the kitchen, Hot water on demand and a beautiful view. We also offer several services such as, cleaning service, transportation, car rental, airport transfer, and personalized holiday packages for you and your family/friends.

The living room has a trundle bed which serves as a sofa during the day and pulls out to 2 twin beds for evening. All the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Notes: There is a sofa, loveseat, and large chair with an ottoman in the living room, with Cable TV, also the trundle (Day Bed) is in the living room. There are 2 - 6 person dinging tables attached to the kitchen. The living room TV has VCR hook up, as well as bedroom 1 and 2. There is a rolltop deck in the dining area with internet access. Just outside the living room is a lanai (patio) enclosed which leads to the pool, there is a radio with CD on the lanai. Your private pool is just outside the lanai and is also enclosed by a screen. Daily maid service is available for an extra fee. The house is suitable for the elderly or those with wheel chairs, there is a 2 inch lip on the front porch, and all doorways may not be accessible for wheelchairs. Please smoke outside or around the pool only.
