Sunset Falls Cabin is a unique home set just a short walk from the top of the roaring Sunset Falls. The one acre property boarders the falls, allowing our guests private and privileged access to this scenic wonder. You can actually hear the sound of the falls upon your arrival.

Main Cabin: Log walls, stone hearth and a wood stove offer a charming mountain cabin aesthetic guests will love. A remodel in May 2011 upgraded the 680 foot interior, bringing some contemporary style with bamboo hardwood floors, a built in shelving system, and convenient rear foyer that provides storage for your outdoor gear and easy access from the master bath to the deck, hot tub and guest cabin. The kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets and granite counters, and a drop leaf pedestal table to seat 2-4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and master bath with a jetted tub. The main cabin also has a second 1/4 bathroom of the living area. Digital satellite, 32' flat screen tv, washer and dryer are just a few added comforts to make you feel at home.

Gold Digger's Cabin: Historically a gold mining area, the original 'Gold Digger's' cabin is still on the property and is exclusively part of your rental. This detached cabin has been remodeled to serve as a second guest bedroom with a queen bed. The deck connects this cabin to the new rear entrance, for convenient access to foyer and master bath.

Exterior: A covered front porch looks out towards the towering peaks of Mt. Index, and leads to the deck around the corner with the propane grill, patio set and covered hot tub. A short path leads past the hot tub to the top of the nearby Sunset Falls, giving our guests a rare opportunity to enjoy them close up. The falls spill into a deep pool in the Skykomish River below, creating the perfect place to swim, fish, and play in the sand. A hammock is available for maximum relaxation in the summer months. Enjoy nearby popular hikes such as Bridal Veil Falls and Lake Serene, white water rafting moments away, incredible fishing and much more right out your door at Sunset Falls Cabin.

Stevens Pass is best known for its variety of outdoor activities: white water rafting, kayaking, fishing and swimming on the Skykomish River, rock climbing, horseback riding, hiking, Cross country skiing, snow shoeing, Stevens Pass ski area with snowboarding, skiing and Nordic center and soon a downhill bike park. Popular hikes nearby include Bridal Veil Falls, Lake Serene, Heybrook Tower and Wallace Falls.
