We are long time Carmel residents who can share a wealth of information with you - much of it that you won't find in the guide books.
Treat your dog to a romp on Carmel's famous beach. This town is very dog friendly.
If the cottage isn't booked immediately before or after your stay we will gladly invite you to arrive early or stay later on the days you check in and out. Officially it's 3PM check in and 11AM checkout but we call you as soon as it's ready.

Why Sylvia Savage chose Carmel
We are lucky to live here full time. Can't beat the weather, immaculate beaches, clean air, minimal traffic, European village lifestyle.
It's very Car-mellow and so safe that many residents don't even lock their doors.
