Our second floor end unit is both spacious and tastefully decorated. Located in the desirable gated golf community of Heritage Bay the unit has 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen and 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, separate laundry with full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and separate breakfast nook, looks out into the open concept living room and dining room. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set in the screened-in lanai looking over the 16th hole.

Heritage Bay is a 27 hole Azinger & Lewis designed course. It is a very safe and friendly community with swimming pools and biking paths as well as a 35,000 sq ft state of- the-art clubhouse with restaurants and golf shop. Spa services, fitness center, tennis courts, resort style pool with adjacent Tiki Bar are some of the many attractions you will enjoy. Heritage Bay is a conveniently located 6 minutes east of I-75, and about 20 minutes from Old Naples and its beautiful beaches
