We moved up here from California and found this place. Whether you're staying for a week or several months, this is a great house in a great location. We stayed here for a few months while our home was being built and really enjoyed it. It was very clean and comfortable. The inside has been refurbished with all the modern amenities one needs. It has an extra large kitchen and a nice size backyard for dogs. This place has a great front porch for sitting and visiting with the neighbors and passerbys. This home is located in a very friendly, safe neighborhood and is only a couple of blocks from downtown so that everything is within walking distance. There's plenty to do in downtown with art galleries, wine tasting, chocolate tasting, music festivals, museums, great restaurants and more. If that isn't enough, Tubbs hill is also within walking distance and is a great hike along Lake Coeur d'Alene. And, of course, there are plenty of water activities. All of this available without ever getting in your car. In the summer this neighborhood looks like a scene from a Disney movie with all the beautiful flowers and greenery. The fall foilage in this quaint neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. And in December the Bald Eagles arrive at Lake Coeur d'Alene by the hundreds to catch the spawning kokanee.
The property owners were very accommodating and I would highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Coeur d'Alene.
