A mere 3 steps down from the parking area, and 1 step up to the country covered front porch when staying on the well equipped main level. The charming ''blue room'' bedroom with private view balcony entrance provides functioning with ease. The main level provides a large, open concept kitchen and dining, 1920 style bathroom with antique porcelain shower ring tub, private media room, and living room. The covered view balcony provides patio heater, zero gravity recliners, old- fashioned rocking glider, and the ultimate in views that is constantly evolving through original leaded glass windows. Since the home borders the waters edge, you can converse with those on the beach from the balcony and lower deck.
