Villa 345 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa in the Waiula'ula development of Mauna Kea Resort. The villa is located on the resort slopes with beautiful coastline, mountain and golf course views. It features a private pool and hot tub surrounded by tranquil landscape and wide open spaces. Upon request, a child-safety fence can be installed around the pool for guests with small children.
The villa is comfortably decorated with contemporary Asian decor and features natural stone flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is exquisite with commercial grade Wolf appliances, wine refrigerator and granite island with counter stools. The living room is equipped with a state-of-the-art entertainment center with a flat screen TV and DVD player. Sliding doors can be opened from the living room to the covered outdoor lanai and pool deck for a large open living space.
The two master suites are located on opposite ends of the villa for optimal privacy. Both suites feature a king size bed, TV with VHS player, a walk-in closet and private bathroom. One master has an outdoor shower that can be accessed either from the indoor shower of through a gate from the pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a desk space and a private bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are carpeted and have room-controlled AC or fans for natural ventilation.
Guests of this villa will also have free access to the private Waiula'ula Amenity Center. The facility features a natural saline infinity pool, lava-lined hot tub, a plush Pool House and an exercise room with cardio machines. The Pool House is equipped with a complete kitchen and entertainment space that can be reserved by guests for private parties. The amenities of Wai'ula'ula have a spa-like vibe and are never crowded.
Guests of Villa 345 will have the convenience of checking-in at the Mauna Lani Resort office (on the way from the airport) and will be serviced by an on-site professional management company. “Access and services at two world class beaches at Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Easy access to the best beaches ever! The villa was perfect for five of us. The plunge was used steadily for the hot late afternoons. Once we got our sense of direction, the area was easy to access and very private. The Big Island has plenty to see and do. There are several resort areas with great shopping and restaurants.”
