This floor plan for this house is very open and clean,The vaulted wood ceilings are sure to keep you comfortable, Awesome backyard and deck with picnic table and 2 BBQ'S for your family and friends to relax ,The house is well equipped with everything you'll need,, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 water heaters 1 for each bathroom enjoy long showers,towels,linen,utensils,pots and pans , coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen,gas bbq, Brand New 47 inch Flat screen television with Hi-Definition as well as new blue ray dvd player. Wifi for your laptop, ,only 2 blocks to beach and 3 blocks to casino, want to go swimming, work out ? Play basketball? Half mile away is the Lincoln City recreation center.

2 king beds 1 queen and bunk beds for the kids, 2 bedrooms have tv's. The bathroom come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, as well as soap.

The Unique Benefits of this House: Lincoln city is the perfect place to come and spend a few days relaxing and recharging yourself we come as often as possible.We enjoy going to the rec center for swimming as well as playing basketball,We have a lot of fun at the casino and especially hanging out all day at the beach.If it is raining out, no problem kick back and enjoy 47' flat screen with Hi-definition as well as blueray dvd player, great for watching movies and sports.

We really like this house. My husband and I, his sister and brother & wife have made this home our favorite place to stay in Lincoln City for our family beach trips. All of us have been very happy with the accommodations. Since the weather was great both times, we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sun and the beach is just a short walk away. We found the home and furnishings very comfortable. Although trying out the local restaurants is a favorite mealtime activity for us, the kitchen is well equipped to handle meal preparation--just bring food. The home owner was very helpful to answer questions and to call and make sure everything was okay after our arrival. For a beach getaway this home is #1 on our list.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Fun Stay

The house was very nice and we all had a great time. Picked a perfect weekend to go to the beach. The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to cook anything you want. One thing that we were not happy with was when we showed up to the house 2 of the beds weren't even made and there was a full load of towels just sitting on top of the washer and dryer. We had to wash a load of sheets and a load of towels the first night we were there. That was a little disappointing, considering there is an $80.00 cleaning fee we would have expected the house to be completely put together when we got there. All in all a good stay though.

I am very sorry about the 2 beds, I wish you would have called me and I would have sent someone from the cleaning crew right over, either way it should have been already done and I'll take responsibility, I will be contacting the cleaning crew to address this, hope you will give us another try in the future.

Perfect for families with toddlers!

We loved our stay at Bob's home! The layout of the home is perfect for families with toddlers/children as two of the bedrooms are in the back part of the house...while the living room, other bedroom (for parents) is on the opposite side of the house. This was very important for us and it worked out very well! We'll be staying here again. The short 2 block walk to the beach was easy and well worth NOT paying the extra premium for renting a home ON the beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

Our TRUE Home Away From Home!

This house was the BEST!! It had everything we needed for our stay, and it accomodated 6 of us beautifully!! I can not say enough good things about this house!! We have decided to make Lincoln City our central location for vacation every year now and hopefully we will be lucky enough to stay at this house again.

One Week of Birthday Bliss

My present to myself was: a week at the coast, in this open, clean and well furnished home away from home. Everything was as described and more. Spacious living and dinning area gave us room for family to visit and relax. The owners were interested and helpful in answering my questions regarding amenities in the home and activities in the area to entertain my 6 grandchildren, daughter & son-in-law and my husband.
We really had fun at the Aquarium and got an awesome picture of the group to end the day. Would I do this again? Would I recomend it to others. __Yes___ to both questions. We're making plans for a return trip
next summer if not before. My daughter and her husband plan on staying as do my sister and her boy-friend. We're spreading the word.
Thanks again for sharing your home away from home with us. We'll be back.
