The apartment was renovated in 2011, features a beautiful hardwood floor and gathers one spacious main room owith distinct areas for sleeping, eating and lounge. A separated equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a bathroom.

The apartment stands on the 3rd floor (American 4th floor) with an elevator. It also has a clear view.

This beautiful large studio (42m2 = 452sqf) in a very high standard residence in the middle of the Latin Quarter. The residence is organized around a distinguished and classified 17th century paved courtyard.

The apartment is located in the world's famost Rue Mouffetard, a few yards away from the Panthéon and the animated Place de la Contrescarpe. The area is filled with small farmer shops, markets, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Ideally located : only 10 to 15 minutes walking from the River & Notre Dame Cathedral, Boulevard Saint Germain Odeon, Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Plantes. Metros and buses around are close and numerous.

Loved our stay!

Hubby and I spent a week in this studio apartment for the Paris leg of our honeymoon! The unit, located in a secured building with a beautiful courtyard, is spacious, clean and decent. Amenities that we loved: Wifi included (yay!), washing machine (super useful) and free calls to the U.S.
Rue mouffetard is a great neighborhood. Navigating the city was a breeze- a metro stop is just around the corner, grocery store is less than 5mins walk and not to mention the surrounding restaurants! Be sure not to miss the farmer's market and the creperie right next door.
Transactions with Gregori ( the owner) was smooth and fast. We were met in Paris by Thierry (apt manager) who was super accommodating. Contacting him whenever we had questions was not an issue. We requested a 630am checkout and he agreed! We also forgot our train tickets to Milan and he helped us facilitate easy courier processing.
Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Hope to be back soon!

My daughter and I stayed for a week at 369138. Gregori is a great host and provides helpful information to make a great stay. The apartment was just the right size for 2-3. The convenient location makes dining, marketing and sightseeing easy. Gregori and his friend Thierry are reliable and very helpful. Description listed is accurate, apartment is clean and comfortable, and the price is right!

Wonderful experience

Unexpectedly large studio with separate kitchen and bath. Immaculate, with very comfortable beds and wonderful free internet. Great location for walking and enjoying most of Paris, especially for people who have been there before and want more neighborhood feel rather than expensive shopping and monuments. Across from a school so a bit noisy during the day, but practically silent with the windows closed
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property from the end of September to mid October. The apartment is spotlessly clean and obviously well cared for. The area is lively and full of great restaurants (if you like fondue, Heureux Comme Alexandre is fantastic), and the metro is very close to the apartment. We didn't get to meet Gregori as he was travelling, but we did meet with Thierry, who was very friendly and helpful. Gregori was also very friendly and helpful in all his communications with us.
I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Paris, and I hope to stay there again myself someday!

Autumn week in Paris - Latin Quarter

We had a wonderful week in this Latin Quarter studio. The location in the charming rue mouffetard is ideal for visiting Paris. Metrostation and buslines are close. Restaurants, bars and shops only a few footsteps apart from the house.
We found the apartment itself in a perfect condition, clean andery well equiped. The bed is a queensize bed and very cofortable. Internet TV and international telephone were to our disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.
Rue mouffeard is very busy, so that some noise must be accepted in the night hours, but the windows are of modern standard and keep most of the noise away.
We had a six days museums pass, which includes all importent museums and Versailles and Fontainebleau castles.
Bars and restaurants in Paris are expensive. The apartment makes it possible to live at reasonable costs.
We would like to come again.
