B301 is a beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa-condominium located on the top (3rd) floor of the gorgeous oceanfront Mauna Lani Terrace. This newly renovated villa features vaulted ceilings, amazing ocean and lagoon views, Asian decor and tile floors throughout. B301's floor plan provides the largest outdoor balcony space with a built-in wet bar and seating for lovely outdoor meals. The living room features an entertainment center with a large flat screen TV, comfortable family-style furnishings and a great open floor plan that maximizes the ocean views. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is an additional half bathroom located near the main living areas. This unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevator). B-301 has an excellent floor plan and is very well appointed and decorated. The view is spectacular from all three balconies!
This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time we're at the Big Island!
This is a very nice, well maintained, older property. The listing photos and description accurately reflected the property. The owner Danny, was a gem to work with, he answered every question and concern I had prior to arrival. He also made sight-seeing recommendations that were great. I'm looking forward to a return visit and hope to convience friends to come along (but they can find their own special unit). The entire Mauna Lani resort area is just outstanding. The Foodland market, within walking distance, is great. I am a senior, and took the trip with a long time friend. We both loved the unit; each had our own bathroom I selp on pull-out in living room. We like that it was only 7 steps down.... you know how senior knee's can get! Thank you, Danny.
Within the resort are three white sand beaches, 15 acres of fishpond preserve, 27 acres of historic parks, various natural swimming holes, and ancient petroglyh fields.
