This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, ground floor unit at the Kumulani is an affordable way to enjoy Mauna Kea luxury and ambiance. The unit is located on the ground floor and boasts beautiful ocean and fairway views from almost every room in the condo. The unit has an open floor plan to meld the kithen, dinig, living room, and outdoor spaces into one large living area. The living room is furnished in light airy pieces and is full equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player as well as free wifi throughout the unit. There is a den space with a sofa-sleeper couch that can be closed off to make a third bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The master has amazing ocean views and can walk-out to the lanai. It has a large private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and an adjoined full bath. This unit is non-smoking and will accommodate a party of six.

Kumulani is part of the Uplands development in Mauna Kea Resort and is accessed from the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance. Mauna Kea Resort has two of the finest white sand beaches in Hawaii, Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach. The Resort boasts a fitness center, spa, 36 holes of golf and 13 tennis courts. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops. Use of certain facilities require purchase of The Club at Mauna Kea facilities for an additional fee.

Purchase of the Club at Mauna Kea facilities include: charging privileges at the Mauna Kea & Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel and facilities, use of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, beach & hotel parking in the private parking area at Mauna Kea, use of the fitness center and reduced rates for golf and tennis.
