Sprawling 2650 sq ft house with beautiful coastal decor awaits your arrival. This 5 bedroom open floor plan allows plenty of room for large families and groups to feel comfortable and right at home. Lounge in the shade or bask in the sun next to the in ground pool and gaze upon a huge palm tree and dolphin fountain while listening to your favorite music. Dine in, cook on the grill, visit one of our restaurants featuring local favorites or cajun cuisine or let us bring a seafood boil to you! Feel free to jump on the bikes and head to the water or shop in the quaint shops on Old Towns' Main Street. Being centrally located to the beach, Old Town and Hollywood Casino, 'The Blue Door' really has so much to offer, there's no reason to look any farther. Beautiful House

We absolutely loved our stay at The Blue Door. Plenty of room for our family of 11. The pool is beautifully accented by an awesome palm tree and dolphin fountain. I'm a cooker and I absolutely loved the kitchen. The beds were quite soft and comfortable. We spent most of our time out back under the awning of the house which has plenty of seating and an outdoor sound system. I highly recommend this house to anyone.

Awesome Spring Break Reunion

We had a great time in Bay St. Louis. The property was roomy with lots of space for 5 grandchildren four years old and younger and 8 adults. The community is vibrant. We were there in time for Souper Mud Fest and met some wonderful people (had some tasty soup also). Check out the Lazy Magnolia Brewery, shrimp and crawfish at Chaz's, fly a kite on the beach, visit the shops, frozen yogurt at the Purple Banana (guess the weight and its free), live music and BBQ, hang out by the pool, kayak in the bay, take the ferry to the island, bring your game system and play Rock Band in the TV room, or read a book by the fireplace. Looking forward to coming back!

Family Christmas getaway

House was wonderful. We just wish the weather would have been a little warmer as it has been in past years to enjoy the beach a little more. That was not the owners fault. We had our children & grandchildren family getaway, this was about half way for all. Plenty of room for all. Would have loved to meet Alicia, but the holiday time was hectic for all! Only disapointment was that our oldest son wanted fresh oysters, and seems the oyster harvesters were on vacation! Everyone had a comfy bed!
Thanks for a wonderful getaway spot & maybe one day we can do a family vacation during warmer weather there!

Lovely and comfortable, very convenient to everything

I stayed at the blue door as part of a group of 6 college friends having a mini-reunion. It was an incredibly comfortable house - very spacious, with convenient areas to eat, play games, hang out, etc. We all loved pool, riding bikes around town, and exploring Bay St Louis. The owners left really thoughtful suggestions about where to eat, and we loved Cuz's (where a 9 foot alligator had just been caught!). Would also recommend a visit to Lazy Magnolia - hands down, the best brewery tour (and beer!) I've ever had.
