The apartment, the location and all are amaze..

We stayed at Satrisna Home for our wedding, Shinta was a fantastic host and gave excellent local info on things to do, they have a local directory they have put together in the room but if it's not there Shinta is always happy to help.
The apartment was immaculate and we did not miss the "hotel experience" at all. The facilities like the pool and kids playground with really nice grounds and a semi-private beach made it feel like a resort anyway... with way more privacy and fantastic security. The security at the front gate and door always made you feel like you are coming home each day, very friendly and helpful. They even helped organize some transport to the airport and helped my husband with our bags from the apartment while I waited with the kids :-)
My parents and aunty also stayed here on their trip and raved about how it exceed all their expectations and more... The best tv/astro channels, dvds and player, stereo, the decor, the balcony, the welcome basket, location... Everything was first rate!!!
"I know!!" was my reply, I looked long and hard, even the location is great, bus just out the front and over the road ( use the overpass to cross) gets you to batu ferringhi or georgetown... or a late night shop at Tesco for an extra suitcase before you fly out :-)
Food in Penang is great anywhere but the best Indian is just down the road, walk to Paradise Hotel and then cross the road. I think it is called Sri ananda Bahawan(? not sure if i got that right but it is the only Indian restaurant there) Awesome food!! Also just near the apartment, over the road is a mini mart, wine shop, chemist, german, bulgarian and many lovely local restaurants and also a really good laundry place, get your clothes cleaned before you go home- it's across the road from the apartment, entry near the overpass or from the next street over... they do a fantastic job :-)
