Policies and amenities: Spacious no-pets non-smoking home. This is our summer home and due to our son's pet allergies no pets or smoking on premises.
We respectfully ask that parties are not held on the premises. This is a fun, peaceful community. Easy walk to the two community swim docks and local Boathouse Restaurant and Ehrhardt's Restaurant if you would like to sit on their deck and enjoy the entertainment while snacking, or enjoying meals and beverages. Our cottage is neat, clean, and quaint. It is a Gumble (60's) cottage w/ knotty pine throughout w/ a boat dock and buoy, right on Lake Wallenpaupack. Beautiful sunsets. Park your boat at the cottage for the week. Your boat is at your front door. We do not accept pets so you do not have to worry about allergies or pet dander. This home is cleaned weekly and you will find it very comfortable and inviting. Wonderful lakefront breezes.The enclosed porch is a favorite spot to read or snack while enjoying the views. Free WiFi. No Megans Law offenders! Children in community. We abide by Fair Housing Rules and Regulations. Breach of any policies will result in automatic loss of deposit. Limit to 6 adults. We can not breach the 6 adult rule as we have a septic system.

Discount rates.: We will accept this years rates for next summer if you book prior to May 12, 2012 and have a 50 percent paid deposit.
We will also honor this years rates to any service person who is serving in the United States military. We thank and respect the men and women who fight for our freedom.
