The toilets were very slow to flush, the oven was filthy, there were clothes from a previous renter under the couch and popcorn as well as finger nails between the couch cushions. The dishwasher barley worked and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards upon arrival. BUT, the biggest disappointment was that the two pools were not heated and that the front desk staff were rude and couldn't have cared less about it.
We spoke to several owners who were upset about it but didn't want to spend a lot of money to attach a structure to the building. Several people who were renting units were angry as well because they were not told about the pools until after they had paid
The unit was a good set-up for two couples and the cleaning staff were friendly and always doing something.
Owner's Response: Renter never notified rental company of any issues except they needed parking passes on Day 1.Unit is privately owned and if there were any issues with cleanliness, renters were told before checkin to notify property management company.We do not employ Front Desk staff.
