Welcome to Heron’s Roost! Enjoy our cozy log cabin overlooking the beautiful Kootenai River in Northwest Montana. Our cabin is located 13.5 miles East of Libby, MT and is 3 miles below the Koocanusa Reservoir. No matter what you are looking for - fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, gold panning or just relaxing by the river - you'll find it here at Heron's Roost.

The cabin is ‘turnkey’ with a loft that sleeps 2, a well equipped kitchen, quality bedding, washer and dryer, books, games, DVD’s and high speed wireless internet. There is a covered deck to watch the abundant wildlife, a propane grill for barbequing and a nearby boat launch and fishing access to the Kootenai River. Full service dining at Libby’s famous River Bend Restaurant is within walking distance.
