Perfect for budget travelers who want a comfortable, clean and safe place to stay that is a close drive to town and beaches. Recently redone unit with large garden is a perfect base for sightseeing. NOTE: This home is non-smoking both inside and out.

Rosemary Unit has two rooms, two bathrooms. One room has Queen Bed, other room can have up to two twin day beds for kids, or just use as TV room lounge. This unit has two full bathrooms, one next to the bedroom and one next to the living area with day beds.

Common area has covered area with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 2 coffee makers, supplies like aluminum foil, plastic baggies, etc., tables & chairs. Parking and Laundry on premises. There is also brick patio area with gas grill, lounge chairs and table. It is next to a garden with lots of tropical plants.

The Garden home is kind of like vacation home meets meets hostel meets B&B (except we don't make breakfast).

Excellent value! The price made our trip affordable. We really appreciated the use of the ice chests, boogie boards, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, BBQ etc. It made our vacation very simple. You don't get that with a hotel. Get up, eat, pack a lunch and go.
