H203 is a fun, colorfully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with recent complete renovations that make for a perfect family vacation. Located on the second floor guest have beautiful views of both Mauna Lani’s historic fishponds and Hawaii’s gorgeous sunsets while being close to the pool and BBQ area. Relax and enjoy the warm afternoons on the large covered lanai with wet bar and plenty of seating for outdoor sunset meals. The spacious living room features tile flooring with plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen television with VCR/DVD players and has been gracefully decorated with modern and tropical artwork. The redone kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops with a large dining room table off to the side to enjoy family dinners. The master bedroom offers a king size bed while the second bedroom offers 2 twin beds (that may be converted into a king upon request). Both feature beautiful private attached full bathrooms and lanais. This non-smoking unit offers high-speed wireless Internet access and once a week maid service is included at no additional charge (for stays of 7 nights or longer). With 1,400 square the unit has enough space to accommodate 4 people.

The Mauna Lani Terrace is one of the few oceanfront properties within the resort and is located adjacent to the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. Surrounded by pristine beaches, historic walking trails and all the resort amenities and facilities within steps from your front door it’s no wonder why it is among the most popular and sought after vacation rentals on the Kohala Coast.
