This 3 bedroom condo, located at WATERPOINTE 1, has 2 full baths with large balcony and a direct ocean front view. It has been completely remodeled this year with brand new appliances, including a 47 inch flat wide screen TV in the living room, built-in house stereo with radio, CD changer and IPod station, full size washer and dryer and brand new cabinets with granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32 inch flat TV and there is a Queen size bed in 2nd guest room with bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The condo sleeps 8 total. The entire condo is tastefully decorated with all brand new furniture, including a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. Amenities include free high speed internet, free parking, indoor pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi hot tub. This unit is located one block from Barefoot Landing, Alabama Playhouse, House of Blues, and multiple restaurants. * The condo association no longer allows motorcycles or trailers, sorry for any inconvenience.

This condo is everything you are looking for! The location is great...near barefoot landing, restaurants, etc. The view of the ocean from the 8th story is breath-taking. The condo is absolutely gorgeous on the inside with a contemporary look and feel. It was also very clean upon our arrival. Wayne, the owner, is wonderful to work with. We had one minor issue with our TV and he handled it in a very timely fashion. I was very pleased with my stay here and will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Labor Day Get away

My friend and I took our 4 children to Mrytle Beach for a weekend getway. We stayed at this wonderful condo for our get away. The condo was very nicely decorated and homey. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful - and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was stunning.

The access to the ocean was very easy. We certainly took advantage of the the beach chairs and umbrella that were available for rent. Our kids spent all day each day surfing the waves.

Wayne - the owner - was very easy to work with. We would certainly consider working with him for any future get aways we may plan.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place that is gorgeous, peaceful, and away from the crowds (but close to everything!). We spent two weeks in this gorgeous place, and it was so nice, we dreaded leaving! The owner is absolutely wonderful to deal with, and I just can't say enough about the beautiful condo. Everything has been tastefully decorated and is in wonderful condition, the building itself is well maintained and has awesome views. We loved it so much, we are hoping to come stay again next year. Thank you so much for making our vacation the best we've ever had!
