Get out of the heat this summer in a professionally decorated luxury townhome minutes from the heart of historic Prescott. Spend long afternoons enjoying the boulder and pinion pine views from the oversized deck. Warm up during cold winter nights by the glow of the granite fireplace on the gleaming hardwood floors. The house is located in a private, gated community within walking distrance of grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities for your convenience. Within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) to World's Oldest Rodeo. There are two private bedroom suites in the main house, one with a California King the other with a double bed, each with its own private bath. Guests can also enjoy a very private guest casita tucked into the boulders also with a private bath and refrigerator. Cooks will delight in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a gas stove. A very special property custom made for relaxation awaits you and your guests.

Please note that the Townhouse is located in a community with limited parking available. If you drive

an oversized truck or RV that will not fit into a single stall garage, there is no place to park such vehicles within the community. The homeowner's association enforces parking violations.

Reservation/Breakage deposit due upon reservation. Payment for rentals plus deposits due in full not less than ten days prior to arrival.

We visited Prescott for a weekend with 6 people. We rented the house AND the Casita. My family could not have asked for more. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. My son and his wife actually got to the house first and called me to tell me how well I'd done in renting it. The owners were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to plan our trip.

The house is conveniently located near stores and very close to downtown. We walked the neighborhood which is safe and pretty. The balcony's off of each room and off of the living room provided us the opportunity to sit in the fresh air and cool temperatures. Coming from Phoenix, it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here. It is FABULOUS.

I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone visiting the Prescott area who is looking for an upscale, conveniently located, amenity-filled home away from home. This visit was the second time we've stayed at this lovely property, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! The owner is tremendously gracious and helpful, and obviously intent upon ensuring his guests are well taken care of.

We really enjoyed staying at the Prescott townhouse. The residence was beautifully appointed and very comfortable The owners have done a great job keeping the place clean and well maintained. It was like staying in your own home. When we come back to Prescott we will definitely stay there again. We have told all of our friends about the place and recommended that they stay there.
