This gorgeous home, completed in 2012, sleeps up to 29 people. Stunning views of the Cascades. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Leavenworth the Bavarian Village and 15 minutes to Wenatchee, Apple Capital of the World.

This home is versatile. Whether you need beds for 5 or 29, there is a configuration that will make Summithouse feel just the right size. The First Floor is a mother-in-law apartment that can be added for more space (sleeps up to 29), not rented to save costs (sleeps up to 20), or booked alone as a last minute option (sleeps up to 9). We will not rent the First Floor to a separate party.

This house was AMAZING!

We had our company retreat in Summithouse this year, and let me tell you, it is not easy to find a beautiful, affordable home that 15 people can all stay in, especially ones that won't be sharing king beds! Summithouse was everything we could have dreamed. We walked in and the owner, Nathan, had been there to heat the hot tub and put on some smooth jazz for our arrival. The house was very clean and modern but with a lot of aesthetic touches of a old lodge, and we had fun alternating between work presentations and overly competitive games of pool. When we needed an extra night at the last minute, Nathan was very understanding and went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. We had a house full of adults, so some activities we enjoyed were hiking around the area, closing down the local bars in downtown Cashmere, and palling around Leavenworth, but always to come home to a warm, comfortable house at the end of the day. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Lovely, warm and Inviting

We used this property for a board retreat for 10 people. It easily accommodated our group with plenty of room for more. The view from this home is incredible. The property owners were easy to work with and the home was beautifully prepared for our group. Thanks for a great weekend.

Thanks again for your kind hospitality last weekend! We truly enjoyed your beautiful home and the gorgeous area that you live in. We had our entire family of 10 and your home accommodated us beautifully! Perfect Family Holiday

Summit House was the perfect family vacation spot. Three families of 18 people from 7 to 66 fit comfortably for a 4 day family gathering. We were greeted by holiday music and decorations. All amenities were in working order including the 65" TV for watching movies and football and streaming holiday music. It's a lovely home and a lovely setting which included pink snow covered mountain peaks at sunrise. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals and creating all sorts of treats. With the variety of activity centers, everybody was entertained both indoors and out. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond with helpful instructions and directions. Leavenworth and Wenatchee are just minutes away and offer a large variety of off-site activities and resources. Leavenworth offered some fun, if crowded, holiday shopping. The local community has a good grocery store and some fun restaurants. Our first dinner was BBQ takeout. No leftovers! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and roomy location for a family gathering. The owners were helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We had such an amazing time at the Summithouse! It was beautiful, clean, and a great location with a gorgeous view. We had a large group and it was great to have a "home feel" rather than staying in a hotel. The only downside was parking was very limited and we had to use a park and ride to shuttle people in. Otherwise everything was great! I would definitely recomend this place.

Owner's Response: Summithouse has parking for six vehicles. Special arrangements can be made for more. Street parking is prohibited.
