With beautiful views of Mt. Tallac from the oversized top and bottom decks you can luxuriate and rejuvenate yourself in the lavish surroundings and soak in the magic of living on the water. This is a unique property, its surroundings offering all that your hearts desire; boating, skiing, restaurants, gambling and shows, South Lake Tahoe has it all.

Private dock with lake access just cruising minutes away. Soak away your cares in the outdoor hot tub which is always ready to enjoy.

'The Keys' offers a unique 750 acre exclusive oasis as well as eleven desirable miles of inland waterways, leading directly to the lake. Just some of the Keys amenities include a private beach, Olympic size indoor pool, 7 tennis courts (2 lighted), volleyball court (available for a small fee, $500 per day per person, $15.00 per day per person for tennis, there are weekly discounts, no charge for kids under 5 yrs.) and not forgetting easy lake access.

We invite you to come and enjoy our treasured home and feel like part of our family. After a busy day on the water or slopes you can relax in the perfectly balanced and heated hot tub, enjoy the views from the top or bottom decks with your favorite beverage and then sleep peacefully in our overstuffed pillow-topped beds. When cooler weather arrives, soak up the heat in front of one of our upstairs or downstairs fireplaces. Upstairs added benefits include our large open plan fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.

Important Information About this Property Required by City statues:

Vacation Rental Permit #003901. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons (infants/toddlers excluded). Vacation Rental Properties may NOT be used for weddings or unlawful large parties by statue of the City of South Lake Tahoe. Maximum parking allowed is 4 vehicles. No RV or trailer parking allowed in driveway or on the street. The pet deposit is refundable provided the dog is a non-shedding breed and no damage is incurred to the property. Overnight stay and parking is defined as 10:00 pm through 6:00 am. If the police are called out for a disturbance you will lose your security/damage deposit as well as be liable for any fines. Fines may be up to $500 and/or include jail time.

Great Place for Families

Our group of 3 adults and five kids had a great stay here. Everything was very clean and organized and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed.
We especially liked the upstairs/downstairs format with the kids. The downstairs, which is walk out to the back, is like a full second living room s the adults could relax upstairs while the kids would hang out downstairs.
Would definitely stay at the same place again the next time we are in the area.

House is clean, big, in a good quiet location with a great view, with lots of accessories and everything needed to accommodate more than 8 persons. Wished there was a HDMI connection to the TVs, but turned out we did not have time to watch TV, which is what Lake Tahoe is about. On the other hand the house has a big DVD collection. It's also the kind of place where you must have a car in order to get around.

What a Magnificent Lake Tahoe Home..!

A 5 Star Vacation Experience..!

This home exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back.! It is immaculately maintained with a well appointed kitchen including a professional chef's Viking gas range, Microwave, and a wide selection of high quality dinner/cookware. The family room couches & lounge chairs are simply sublime to relax in after a days activities. And the open floor plan from kitchen to dining area, to patio overlooking the water way, and to the family room is perfect for family enjoyment and entertaining. The spacious 2nd floor patio deck was outfitted with high quality patio furniture that was oh so comfortable for dinners, game playing, or simply relaxing. And the remote controlled retractable Sun Shade awning allowed us to use the patio during late afternoon while the beautiful sun sets appeared over Mt.Tallack each evening. This was a real plus during our late July, early August stay.

This is one terrific rental home and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation retreat.

This is a perfect vacation home. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi especially after a day of hiking or biking.
