Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Loft + Office, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 7)

Come relax in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina with a gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain from the living room and deck of this 2 bedroom, 2 ? bath condo in Echota! The main level living room contains a 46-inch flat screen HDTV, Expanded HD digital cable, DVD, VCR and gas logs. Wireless internet is also available. A fully equipped kitchen, bath, master bedroom with queen size bed and flat screen TV and DVD, master bath and laundry are also on the main level.

Upstairs you will find the loft with queen size futon, second bedroom with queen size bed and flat screen TV and DVD, full bath plus an extra room with a single bed perfect for reading or sleeping. Enjoy use of the private clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness center and whirlpool.

No Smoking and No pets allowed. In winter months 4 wheel drives needed.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: While staying at our condo you can watch the birds, deer and other wildlife from the deck off the den and master bedroom. Parking is down a short flight of steps directly outside the door. The spacious den, dining area and eat in kitchen all have hardwood floors as well as the master bath. The upper level is carpeted except for the bath. The large flat screen TV mounted above the gas log fireplace makes for great movie watching. There are also flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. There are games, puzzles, books, videos and DVDs available for use during your stay.

Why Nancy Crafton chose Boone

As our children grew, married and moved away the empty nesters needed a new project and place to visit when time permits.The project was decorating and we decorated the condo the way we would want it if we were going to live in it fulltime. We really don't have a lot of time yet to visit the mountains so thought we woudl share it with others and rent our place. When looking for a place in the NC mountains we decided on Echota because of the uniqueness of the development. The style of the condos fits a mountain setting to a T! We basically bought the "view" of Grandfather mountain but received so much more. Our condo is in what is called a 4 Plex meaning there are a total of 4 condos in the building. Two upper and two lower units. We bought an upper level one again, for the view. We have 2 daughters and a son-in-law who graduated from Appalachian State University so the mountains of NC are very near and dear to many hearts in our family. This community is very well taken care of and well run so we feel very fortunate to be home owners at Echota.

Our stay this past summer here at the condo was fantastic! It is spacious and comfortable, just like the photos depict, as well as very clean and remarkably well maintained. I especially liked the décor, and the view of Grandfather Mountain from the balcony is excellent, especially in the early mornings and evenings.

The condo is situated reasonably close to many of the area's local attractions. I recommend taking the drive to the top of Grandfather Mountain as well as visiting the unique shops and stores in the area such as the Mast General Store.

I strongly agree with many of the positive comments written in the previous reviews and would strongly recommend this condo to anyone visting the area.

My favorite place to stay in the Boone area! Have stayed here during spring and fall seasons and have never been disappointed. Great location, great view, great attention to detail in making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Always look forward to the next visit!!

LOVE IT! Beautifully decorated, attention to detail in furnishings, ALL the comforts of home, very well maintained. Fabulous view of Grandfather from back deck. You begin to relax the moment you walk in the door...

Convenient drive to shopping, restaurants, area sites.

This has been one of the most comfortable and beautiful properties that we have ever stayed. Everything is well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient to use. The view is outstanding. There were 7 of us with plenty of room for us all with much to spare. It is a beautiful place to relax in and to use as a base to explore the area.

We visited several of the Echota units. All were very nice but this Condo was outstanding. The attention to detail was evident with charming interior design, quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, a well stocked kitchen, extremely well cared for, clean and bright! I particularly enjoyed the floor plan with the kitchen open to the main living area. We loved the unobstructed views and no "road noise". We also liked the location of this condo; easy access from the main entrance and to the club house/pool. We had a delightful stay, would highly recommend and hope to return.
