170 THE GREENS-MAY SPRING SPECIAL $700/WEEK OR $105/NT 3 NT MIN

I booked our stay at the Greens as it is located right across from Sonesta where my husband's business conference was. He was able take a short walk to the conference so I would have access to the car if I needed it. The walking/running/bike trails are extensive and convenient to use to get to the beach or take the kids out in the stroller. The condo was comfortable with as many-or more-amenities than we have at home. The bedrooms upstairs allowed us to entertain family living on the island while not disrupting the kids from sleeping upstairs. Also, since the pool was directly across from the condo it made for quick trips to the pool without having to load up; I noticed others had to drive to the Greens pool. We could just put on our flip flops and walk over. The owner was easy to work with, prompt in returning communication, security deposit. She even went so far as to contact the housekeeping company to retrieve my son's blanket that was accidentally left and sent it FedEx to our home. We hope to make to the island again, and would definitely stay at this condo again!

Stayed there for a little golf vacation and was very pleased with the accommodations. Photos are accurate; the condo was updated and clean. Excellent location, and the beach parking pass was a definite plus! Owners were able to allow some flexibility in our scheduling and were extremely helpful with a couple of concerns. Would recommend.

My wife and 2 young children had an active and memorable Spring Break week in April of 2011. The townhome was clean, well maintained and in a perfect location to take advantage of the many amenities that Shipyard has to offer. We definitely will consider staying here again in the future. .
