ALOHA !! If you are planning a trip to Maui and interested in a clean, quiet, inexpensive condo this is the place for you. Whether island hopping or just staying on Maui, our condo is in a central location for your day's activities of snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, watching whales, driving to Haleakala, driving the road to Hana, or playing a round of golf.
After your day of exploring the Valley Isle, return to our ground floor condo away from the road noise, and rest in a queen sized bed. We also have a sleeper sofa, separated from the queen bed by Japanese sliding curtains, to help us accommodate 3 guests. We have a fully furnished kitchen, A/C, cable TV, free long distance phone calls to the mainland USA and Canada, high speed internet connection with ethernet cable and WiFi, BlueRay dvd player, and 3 ceiling fans.
Provided for your enjoyment are beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler. Other amenities include an iron and ironing board, and blow dryer. There is a coin-operated laundry room in the complex for our guests along with free parking.
Interested in taking a stroll or exploring a beach? Kalepolepo Beach Park is located directly across the street from Kihei Bay Surf complex. There are picnic tables, shade trees, and a shallow swimming area which was an ancient Hawaiian fishpond (Ko'ie'ie). Or you can walk 2/10 of a mile to the beginning of Sugar Beach, a 5 mile long beach. If you prefer you could drive 5/10 of a mile where there are many parking spaces available and easy access to Sugar Beach.
Kihei Bay Surf is a 2-story, 7 building complex, with 118 total units in a tropical setting.
The 7 buildings are built around a central courtyard that includes a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a BBQ area with 2 gas grills.
Our condo is an affordable bargain and a great value for any budget. We are anxious to share our piece of Hawaiian paradise with you. Mahalo.

Payment Policy: We accept major credit cards through PayPal, money orders, and personal checks drawn on U.S. banks. $200 Deposit to hold the reservation. The balance must be received at least 2 months prior to arrival. Once final payment has been received you will receive directions to our unit and the information on how to get into the unit.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 2 months prior to arrival, all but $100 will be refunded. No refund if cancelled less than 2 months prior to arrival.
