3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths balcony in each room with the baths being in the rooms. On a cul de sac within walking distance to 5th Avenue and the beach. Internet provided with cable TV. Complete kitchen with all appliances. House keeping, Gardner, and pool keepers. Private pool. Golf Course View. Reef Club privileges with or without per day all inclusive privileges. Safe within Playacar with extra security on Retournal Uxmal. Beautiful gardens with solarium on top.

I have 4 grown children who are presently unattached. I have been a volunteer for all of their school years and continue to volunteer in my community.

Why Nancy Schneider chose Playa del Carmen

We chose this location because of the huge amount of things to to do. We love going down to Tulum for dinner or riding horseback at sunset on the beach. The people of the area want you to be there. The climate is always tropical. Our administrators are perfectionists who love the house as much as we do.

The Perfect House in Paradise!

This house and its location are perfect, great Mexican charm, sun deck, large bathrooms, great outdoor living, and a secluded private pool. The location could not have been better, just a short walk from 5th avenue and the beach but also far enough to get away from town and take a nap in one of the hammocks. Our group of 8 adults slept more than comfortably in this house and not just because of the cervezas and tequila! The house and owners have everything there you need, I will definitely be taking a trip back to Playa AND staying in this house, I recommend this house to anyone visiting.

PIECE OF HEAVEN IN PLAYA

SHORTLY BACK FROM A LONG STAY IN PLAYA . TRIP WAS GREAT , A LITTLE OF EVERYTHING, RELAXATION, ADVENTURE, AND A LITTLE PARTYING. RENTED CASA PHILLYS AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CHOICE. HOUSE IS JUST AS SHOWN, BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AS WELL AS GROUNDS OUTSIDE. MORE IMPORTANT WAS THAT IT WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED OR WANT. IT WAS LOCATED PERFECTLY , CLOSE TO BEACH AND TOWN, BUT FAR ENOUGH FROM TOWN TO AFFORD YOU DOWN TIME. AND THE OWNER NANCY IS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL YOU COULD NEED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT IN PLAYA YOU REALLY CANT DO ANY BETTER.
