A great month in Prescott!

  • 4 of 5
It ended all too soon but it was a great month. This 1 bedroom cottage met my needs very well with one exception. When I am in Prescott for this long, I eat in a lot and was getting dishpan hands by the end of the month! A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to this cottage. I loved the proximity to downtown and incorporated a few turns around the courthouse in my early morning walks. Kim and Rick were extremely responsive to any questions or needs that I expressed. I thoroughly enjoyed all the music and other cultural events that we attended while there. As recently noted in Phoenix Magazine, Prescott is now a true foodie destination. I can't wait for my next trip to Prescott!

Aspen stay

  • 5 of 5
Excellent choice for our vacation, Great location, comfy cottage especially for our two Goldendoodles. Excellent hosts thank you so much for providing us with info.. on restaurants in the area, and the chairs for the events at the courthouse park, much appreciated! (we didn't think to pack chairs so others may not as well, might we suggest keeping a couple chairs at the cottages for future guests to use) Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Place

  • 5 of 5
We were tired of small Hotel rooms and wanted a place roomy enough for 2 people. This is the perfect place. Clean and neat with a smell of freshness when you walk through the door. It was just as described on the web site. We loved having the well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The bathroom had plenty of soft towels. It is a short walking distance to town with beautiful homes to see along the way. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful place for a week or weekend get away!

  • 5 of 5
The cottage was cute and clean. We have a small dog and always need lodging that accepts her. We enjoyed walking down Mt. Vernon each day and viewing the beautiful houses. The cottage is within walking distance of the courthouse, downtown shops and restaurants. Kim was a gracious hostess, always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely make this a place to stay whenever we are in Prescott.
