Aspen cottage is a non-smoking, one bedroom/one bath haven that sleeps 2-4 people. Freshly updated and immaculate, the living room features a queen size sofa bed, new décor, flat screen satellite television, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fan, desk, and lots of natural light. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, ceiling fan, satellite TV, and plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items. An iron and board are also included. The kitchen features 4 year old appliances. These include an electric range, full size refrigerator, garbage disposal, blender, mixer, tableware, cookware and bakeware. The full bathroom is newly remodeled and is located just off of the bedroom. Your laundry room is located just outside of the kitchen. There is also free WiFi!
We LOVE dogs. Please feel free to bring yours. If your pups are socialized, we invite them to romp in the fenced yard with the dogs of other guests. (See cleaning fees.)
Being 5 blocks away from historic Courthouse Square, our location allows you to walk to all of the sites and sounds of downtown Prescott, Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. However, once home, you’re back to small town peace and quiet. Speaking of peace and quiet, a 5-minute drive due south will put you in the Prescott National Forest complete with hiking, canoeing, fishing, fabulous vistas and amazing air!
