Waterfront Heated Pool Home Villa near Gulf, Golf and Beach

We rented this villa for one week with another couple (4 adults) and were more than pleased with the location and home itself. The home affords excellent privacy with 3 bathrooms and the bedrooms well separated by the living room and was spotlessly clean. The furniture is extremely comfortable and high quality and the house is decorated with a tropical feel. The pool and pool area is fantastic! The pool is large and heated and in excellent condition. We used the pool morning and night during the week of our stay. The owners have thought of literally everything a guest might need. We thought we caught them on not having an iron, but then found that a clothes steamer was provided. After being there less than a day, we all felt completely at home. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We had coffee by the pool every morning and only heard the birds. Cooking in is not a problem as the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. Shopping and restaurants are all close as are the Bonita beaches (which are amazing) – very easy area to get around in and a good central location to lots of sites. The house has Wi-Fi so we brought a laptop which made it easy to locate restaurants, beaches, etc.

The Naples and Ft Myers areas are very close as well as Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We did an Everglades airboat trip out of Everglades City that was fun and went horseback riding at a ranch in the Everglades, hiked numerous nature trails, enjoyed the beaches, played mini-golf, etc. We could have easily stayed another week and not run out of things to do.

The owners are great to deal with and the property managers were very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you Micheline and Gilles for renting us your lovely home! Hopefully we can rent it again at some point in the future.
