This new home is ready for your large group to enjoy. The home is 2,400 sq. ft and has a 2 car garage for your convenience. There is a master suite with a king bed and private bath located on both the ground floor and the upstairs. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has a king. All bedrooms have a private bath and there is a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. There is an office area on the 2nd floor and free wireless Internet throughout the home. The cookout area allows for grilling. Located only a few 100 yards from the beach you can enjoy the privacy of a single family home and yet enjoy all the services provided at North Beach Plantation. We can increase occupancy number to 10 people through the use of roll-away beds.

Being located directly across Hwy 17 from Barefoot Landing, there is shopping, dining, and all within walking distance. Anyone staying with us in the terrific home will also be given a Ticket to the Town discount card which can save each guest up to $300.00 on shopping, entertainment and dining.

When renting at this fabulous home you are able to use the 2-1/2 acre swimming complex located directly on the Atlantic Ocean along with the Fitness Center at no additional charge. The swimming complex includes several pool and a swim-up bar for adults. There is also a Cinzia Spa on-site along with two restaurants.
