Condo, 3 Bedrooms + 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Who needs a hotel? All Amenities are right here for you! Our Tiki bar offers poolside service with a full lunch. We have an onsite restaurant that caters to your every need. Enjoy our clay tennis courts with a pro shop right next door! Viewing our breathtaking sunsets here in Naples is easy because the beach is within walking distance. If you want to stay home and relax our lanai is a water view, very peaceful.

Our condo is located in a development that has been voted one of the best in Naples FL.

Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need to live on a day to day basis. All bedrooms are very private and are equipped with privacy on all windows. We are on the 10th floor and just a hop to the elevator. We have inside garage parking for one vehicle and lots of outdoor parking.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own private bath. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. In the living room we have a futon that can be used for sleeping. The mattress is the size of a large twin bed.

We have Cable TV, home phone service, and WiFi. Email with any questions and we would be happy to answer them.

About The Owner

We live in NY and Vancouver, Canada and only visit Florida once in a while now. It is one of our favorite spots in the world to relax and enjoy the sunny beaches.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2008
Why The Owner chose Vanderbilt Beach

We have always loved Naples and wanted a place we could really relax. The Dunes has been great if we want to bring our kids and have a family vacation.(the kids love the amenities) However, if as a couple we need a little getaway we love the privacy and quietness that the Dunes offers.

What makes this condo unique

Relaxation when we want. Fun when we want. Good food, pleasant people, and I couldnt ask for more!
